Receipts and kitchen tickets on the printers you already have

Any network ESC/POS printer works through the hardware bridge: receipts at the till, tickets by kitchen station with a backup printer, stickers for items and packages.

Free plan with no time limit. No card required.

What you get

Tickets by station

Each station prints to its own printer, with a backup printer if the main one is down; only new items are printed on re-orders.

Stickers and package manifest

60×40 stickers for each item and package, plus a package manifest for delivery.

A queue that survives restarts

Print jobs wait in a queue and are not printed twice; a stuck job can be removed after 3 minutes.

Any alphabet

A raster font prints Cyrillic, Georgian and other scripts even on printers without the code page.

How to connect

  1. 1 Open «Hardware» and install the hardware bridge on a computer in the venue (Windows or Linux).
  2. 2 Add the printer by its IP address (port 9100).
  3. 3 In the kitchen display settings open «Stations» and assign a printer to each station.
  4. 4 Print a test page.

What you need

  • An ESC/POS printer connected to the network (Ethernet or Wi-Fi), 80 or 58 mm paper.
  • A computer with Windows or Linux in the same network for the bridge.

Honest limits

  • Printing goes over the network only: USB, COM and Bluetooth printers are not supported by the bridge.
  • TSPL/ZPL label printers are not supported — stickers are printed as images on a receipt printer.
  • Chinese, Japanese, Hebrew and Arabic scripts are not printed yet.

Limits come from our product map and setup guides and are updated as the integration develops.

Questions

Which printer brands work?

Any printer that speaks ESC/POS — Epson TM, Star Micronics, Xprinter, Rongta and many others — connected to the network.

Do I need a computer at the till?

The bridge needs a Windows or Linux computer in the same network; the POS itself can run on a tablet.

What if the kitchen printer jams?

Set a backup printer for the station — tickets go there when the main one is unavailable.
