For service advisors, auto repair shops and tire services

Book vehicle reception visits at your repair shop

Share a link to a service advisor’s available times. An administrator checks the booking, reschedules when needed and records whether the client attended.

Basic booking is free; email automation, AI and payment services have separate terms.

Start with a service advisor’s appointments in Services by appointment.

Available now: reception bookings through Services by appointment. Work orders, VIN records, labor estimates, repair bays and parts selection are not a ready-made industry workflow.

Reception launch checklist

Define the service

Explain what clients book: initial reception, consultation or another service of a defined duration.

Assign an advisor

Set a person and real hours. A free advisor appointment does not mean a free vehicle lift.

Set expectations

Separate arrival, diagnostics, work approval and collection. One appointment is not a promised repair completion time.

Hand off to repair

Decide where vehicle records, estimates and work orders live. Staff transfer the information manually; a ready-made industry connection is not offered here.

Your first workflow

  1. 1

    Define the reception service

Choose Services by appointment. Add an initial reception service with a clear duration, without promising to complete a repair in that time.

  2. 2

    Set the advisor’s hours

Enter hours, breaks and services. Set the location time zone and block times when nobody can receive a client.

  3. 3

    Test a visit

Book through your link, wait for the result and check the journal. Agree separately how staff hand the vehicle over for repair.

Try your own example

Product steps, not testimonials or promised results.

Test reception before opening bookings

Steps using the available journal, not a live repair-shop case study. Staff handle the handoff to repair.

  1. 1

    Administrator sets up reception

Defines the service, duration and advisor hours. This is meeting time with a client.

  2. 2

    Client chooses a time

Submits a booking. An administrator checks the result and reschedules by agreement when needed.

  3. 3

    Advisor meets the client

Marks the visit. Vehicle records, estimates and repair jobs follow a separate process; no automatic handoff is claimed.

Today’s workflow and the next step for your shop

Now: seasonal demand

A tire shop can organize arrival times for initial reception. An administrator manages appointments; the physical queue and actual bay capacity remain under their control.

Now: inspection before repair

A client meets an assigned advisor. After inspection, staff agree work and deadlines through the shop’s separate process.

Development proposal: repair operations

Vehicle records, approved estimates and work orders are requirements for a future dedicated workflow. This is a discussion topic, with no promise of availability or a launch date.

Example situations. Measure time and costs with your own operations.

What you can start for free

Basic online booking, the journal and specialist assignment are free. This covers reception appointments, without dedicated repair management.

What to consider before you start

  • A booking records reception time, not repair scope or completion time.
  • VIN, mileage, work orders, labor times, parts and warranty repairs are not presented as ready industry features.
  • The general beta resource model does not establish repair-bay or vehicle-lift scheduling readiness; verify that workflow separately.
  • Deposits require a supported connected payment provider. Paying for reception is not approval of repair work.

Test your workflow and required connections before migrating data.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a complete auto repair management system?

This page currently offers reception booking through Services by appointment. Vehicles, repairs and parts require a separate industry workflow.

Can I track a vehicle by VIN?

A dedicated vehicle record and VIN-based repair history are not included. A booking comment does not replace that register.

Does booking reserve a vehicle lift?

The core workflow reserves a specialist’s time. General resources are beta; repair-bay scheduling requires separate verification.

Will the client see the final repair price?

You can set a price for the reception service. Staff agree the final repair estimate separately; it is not calculated automatically from the booking.

Can I start without migrating the entire shop?

Add one reception service and one advisor. Test booking and rescheduling, then publish your link. Your existing repair management remains a separate process.
