Mobile apps for your staff — Android and iPhone
One app per role: the owner checks orders and the menu, the waiter takes orders at the table, the kitchen sees the queue on a screen, the courier runs deliveries, staff call from their work number. Sign in with the same account as the Cenaly web dashboard.
Android versions are distributed as an installation file right from this site — they are not on Google Play yet; iPhone and iPad versions are released through the App Store. Features were tested on emulators and test devices; acceptance in working venues is still in progress.

How to install
- Open this page on the Android device itself and tap “Download APK”.
- Open the downloaded file. On the first install Android asks to allow installs from this source (your browser) — allow it.
- Tap “Install” and wait until it finishes — the icon appears on the home screen.
- Launch the app and sign in: email and password, or a QR code issued by the web dashboard.
Updating works the same way: download the file again and install it over the old one; your sign-in is kept.
Sign-in
The same account as the web dashboard: email and password, a QR code for a shared device, and an authenticator code if two-factor protection is on. Staff only see the locations of their role.

FAQ
Why not Google Play?
The apps are in early access and are distributed as a file from this site. The file carries the same signature as the future store version.
Do I need a separate sign-up?
No. Sign in with the same account as the web dashboard; the owner creates staff logins under “Staff” or issues a QR code for sign-in.
Is it safe to allow installs from an unknown source?
The permission is given to one app — the browser you downloaded the file with. Download APKs only from your brand’s site; after installing you can revoke the permission in Android settings.
Does it work offline?
The waiter app, the POS and the kitchen display save actions on the device and send them when the connection returns; devices of one location exchange data over Wi-Fi. The first sign-in of a shift needs the internet.
Is there an iPhone and iPad version?
Yes, the line-up is coming to both platforms with the same account and the same data. Cenaly Phone for iPhone has been submitted to the App Store and is in Apple review. Cenaly Admin, Service, KDS, Courier and CRM for iPhone and iPad (iOS 16 or newer) are in development. Links will appear on the app pages; until then use the web dashboard in the browser on iPhone and iPad.
