Website widgets — one line of code

Paste one tag and switch widgets on in the admin: chat, messengers, callback, popups, booking, appointments, ordering, help centre, legal pages and cookie banner. Works on any site: WordPress, Tilda, Wix, Shopify, custom.

The tag

<script src="https://cdn.cenaly.com/site/v1.js" data-domain="your-site.com" async></script>

One tag for all widgets. `data-domain` is your site; everything else lives in the admin.

Start by checking your own site

Paste the address — we fetch the page, read its source code and show what it loads and whether it asks for consent. No sign-up, no tag to install first.

  • Analytics, ad pixels, social, maps, video and chat services — by name and by consent category
  • Consent banner: ours, another vendor’s, or none found
  • Our tag and the widgets you have enabled, if the site is already connected

We read the HTML of a single page, so anything scripts load later in the browser stays invisible to the check — and the result says so outright. We do not store your IP address in the clear.

Pick by the job to be done

The tag is the same for all of them — switch on what solves the problem you have right now.

Get in touch

So visitors can write or talk: live chat, the messenger button, callback and calls from the browser.

Keep and convert

So interest turns into action: popups and forms, honest numbers, table booking, appointments and ordering.

Pages and compliance

So the site answers for itself and meets the rules: help centre, legal pages and cookie consent.

Paid add-on

Why eight of the widgets are free

Widgets are the door into the Cenaly.com platform: requests, chats and orders from your site land in the same admin as everything else, and some owners later buy extensions. We earn from plans and from four paid add-ons rather than from the widgets — which is why we charge nothing per visitor, impression, request or domain.

Free forever — eight of twelve
Chat, the multi-button, callback, browser calls, social proof, appointments, ordering and the cookie banner on its free tier. So are the tag, the settings and your data in the admin.
Four paid add-ons
Table booking, smart popups, the help centre and legal pages for an external site. A fixed price from the extensions catalogue, and the subscription belongs to the account rather than to a domain.
Why those four
The market sells products like these in very different units: a fee per seated guest, a charge per popup impression, a bill per domain for legal pages and cookie services. We sell them as a flat subscription — which is why we never have to count guests or impressions in any of the others.
What we never charge for
Visitors, widget impressions, conversations, requests, "successful calls", operator seats and domains. Neither the free widgets nor the paid ones have a counter for any of them.

Set up in three steps

1

Sign up and add your site

A free Cenaly.com account and your site domain in the "My website" section.

2

Paste one tag

One line before </body> — in your theme, in a Tilda or Wix HTML block, in Shopify's theme.liquid. It serves every widget.

3

Switch widgets on in the admin

Each widget is a toggle and a settings form. Changes reach your site without touching code; CDN cache is five minutes.

Where it goes

Sites built with our website builder ship with the widgets already wired — nothing to paste.

Questions and answers

What exactly loads on my site?

One loader — about 26 KB gzipped, with the async attribute: it reads which widgets you switched on and pulls only those, as separate files. A widget you left off is never downloaded, and the weight of each one you did switch on is stated on its own page.

Will it break my layout?

No. Widgets render inside a Shadow DOM: your site's CSS doesn't affect them and theirs doesn't leak out.

Which language will the widget speak?

It reads your page's `<html lang>` or a `data-lang` attribute on the tag. Built-in labels are translated into 45 languages — the guest chat covers the same list; your own texts you write in the admin in the languages you need.

Where is the data stored?

In the cloud your account lives in: cenaly.com — AWS, cenaly.ru — Yandex Cloud in Russia. Requests, conversations and bookings stay within the brand's contour.
