Menu and ordering from the guest’s phone
A QR code on the table opens your menu: photos, allergens, the guest’s language. Guests build the order themselves, can pay online, and the order lands in Orders and on the POS.
No card required. Paid plans are chosen in the admin — signing up does not start one.
Online payments run through a provider available in your country.
The module is the same — wording and defaults follow your business type.
Dish photos, allergens and nutrition; guests save a “gluten-free” profile.
Items are translated when created; edit any translation by hand.
Breakfast, happy hour and “sold out” — one truth for storefront, POS and kiosk.
A guest types “something light, no onion” and gets 2–3 dishes from your menu.
Orders arrive with the table number; a single QR code can have its own menu.
Sizes, add-ons and combos with choices inside a slot — same as on the POS.
Pickup and delivery windows with quotas: full slots are not offered.
Table cards and a PDF menu from the same catalog.
Stripe, BOG, TBC, PayPal, Square and more — by the venue’s country.
Whole bill, own items, split evenly or a custom amount — the POS sees paid parts.
Guests tap “call” with a reason — the waiter sees the table and why.
Country presets, with the payment or after it.
Sent → accepted → preparing → ready; any cancellation is explained in words.
Happy guests go to Google and other sites, unhappy ones to a private form for the owner.
Guests write from the menu; AI answers from your knowledge base, staff take over.
