Menu board with live prices
TV menus with prices from your catalog
Change a price once in your Cenaly.com catalog. The screen checks it every 5 minutes. The Cenaly.com till shares that catalog; prices from another till need to be imported or updated.

How to launch a screen
- 1
Build the program
The “What should this screen do?” wizard asks for the job — sell items, show the menu and prices, announce a promo — and builds the first cards from your catalog.
- 2
Open tv.cenaly.com on the TV
The screen shows a six-character code and a QR code. Enter the code in the dashboard or point your phone camera at the QR — then press OK on the remote.
- 3
Press “Publish”
The TV usually receives the program within 1–6 minutes and keeps checking for updates by itself. The dashboard shows that the version was applied.

How the ad monitor keeps prices honest
Price only from the catalog
An item card refers to the catalog item instead of copying its price. Cards have no price field — there is nowhere to make a typo.
86 list on screen
Taken off at the POS or in the kitchen, an item leaves its card, and the menu-board row shows “Sold out” in the screen’s language instead of the price.
Same rules as the POS
The screen calculates price and availability with the same code as the POS and storefront: the happy-hour price switches on and off by itself, breakfast is not shown at night.
More screen features
Promos linked to an item
A promo can be tied to a catalog item: the price comes from there, and when the item runs out the promo stops playing.
A board that adapts
A dotted list, photo tiles or large price tags; columns are calculated automatically. What does not fit is not shrunk into unreadable text.
“Now on screen”
The dashboard shows what the program plays right now and why a card is skipped: 86 list, schedule, pause, item missing from the menu.

Honest limits
- New prices and the 86 list are not instant: the screen re-reads the menu every 5 minutes.
- “Now on screen” is a calculation from the program and catalog, not a photo of the TV.
- The screen does not show unit prices (per 100 g, per litre) yet: where they are mandatory, a card with a price is not shown.
- The screen shows Cenaly.com catalog prices. If your main POS is another system, keep the catalog up to date manually or by import.
FAQ
Do I change prices in two places?
No. The price lives in the Cenaly.com catalog; the POS, storefront and screen read it from there. Screen cards have no price field.
How fast does a new price reach the TV?
Without restarting the TV: the screen re-reads the menu every 5 minutes, and new prices and the 86 list arrive within one or two of those periods — usually 5–10 minutes, up to 15 minutes on some brands. Happy hour and schedules are recalculated by the location’s clock about once a minute.
Can I hide prices entirely?
Yes, each screen has a “Show prices” switch — handy for a window screen.
Do I need to buy a special player?
You usually do not need a new TV: connect an Android TV or Google TV box running Chrome 105 or newer over HDMI. Test a built-in Smart TV browser before buying: older models may not work. A verified list of TV models is not yet available.
What happens if the internet goes down?
An already running player can continue with saved content for up to 7 days after confirmed connectivity. Prices and ads are shown only while freshness is confirmed; then a neutral screensaver takes over. Offline TV restarts are not yet promised.
Who creates the pictures?
Use photos from your catalog, upload a finished design or build an offer in a ready-made style. AI suggestions are optional and use credits.
Can I manage several locations?
Yes: one dashboard shows screens across your locations. Each location has its own program; copying programs between locations is not yet available.
How much is it and how many screens can I connect?
The ad monitor is included in every plan, including Free. There is no per-screen fee. Bring your own TV and box; AI suggestions use AI credits.
