🇺🇦 Nova Poshta: API key from the account

Branches and door delivery across Ukraine: API key in the My Nova Post account, a test key by phone number, dispatch city, rates in hryvnia.

Where it is set up: Control panel → “Shipments” → “Delivery services” button (or the location card → WEB → “Delivery services”).

What you need#

• a My Nova Post account — for a business under the company or sole-trader (FOP) profile.

Getting the keys in the carrier account#

1. Log in to my.novapost.com.
2. Open “Integrations → API keys” and create a key.
3. Copy the key.

What to enter in the carrier card#

Check#

1. Click “Save”.
2. Click “Test connection”: rates appear under the card. “Mock mode” means the keys are not connected and the rates are demo.
3. Tick “Enable …” in the card — the carrier then appears to buyers at checkout.

Without keys and test mode#

A sandbox test key is issued in the same place, by phone number. Without a key the card shows demo rates.

Common problems#

• Buyers do not see rates — Nova Poshta rates are in hryvnia and are shown only in a shop with UAH currency.
