🇬🇪 Trackings.GE: API token
Courier and pickup points across Georgia: corporate profile, requesting an API token by email, city ID, sender address and phone.
Where it is set up: Control panel → “Shipments” → “Delivery services” button (or the location card → WEB → “Delivery services”).
What you need#
- a trackings.ge profile, corporate for a business (company or sole trader);
- an API token from the carrier (it is not self-issued in the account).
Getting the keys in the carrier account#
- Register on trackings.ge and switch the profile to corporate with your company or sole-trader details.
- Email info@trackings.ge: “please issue an API token (Bearer) for an online-store integration”, include the profile email.
- Wait for the token in the reply.
What to enter in the carrier card#

Check#
- Click “Save”.
- Click “Test connection”: rates appear under the card. “Mock mode” means the keys are not connected and the rates are demo.
- Tick “Enable …” in the card — the carrier then appears to buyers at checkout.
Without keys and test mode#
Without a token the card shows demo rates.
Common problems#
- No reply to the email — write again or call Trackings support — tokens are issued manually.
