🚕 Yandex Delivery: account OAuth token
Yandex Delivery business account, the offer contract, an OAuth token for the API, no test environment, tokens for Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Georgia.
Where it is set up: Control panel → “Shipments” → “Delivery services” button (or the location card → WEB → “Delivery services”).
What you need#
- a company (or sole trader) and a Yandex Delivery business account;
- an accepted contract (offer) and a payment method in the account.
Getting the keys in the carrier account#
- Register your company in the Yandex Delivery business account and accept the contract.
- Top up the balance or enable post-payment — delivery requests are not created otherwise.
- Open the integration / API section of the account and get an OAuth token. If you do not see the section, ask the account support for an API integration token.
- Copy the whole token.
What to enter in the carrier card#
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Personal account OAuth token | the token from the account’s integration section |
Check#
- Click “Save”.
- Click “Test connection”: rates appear under the card. “Mock mode” means the keys are not connected and the rates are demo.
- Tick “Enable …” in the card — the carrier then appears to buyers at checkout.
Without keys and test mode#
Yandex Delivery has no test environment. Without a token the card shows demo rates; with a token rates are live straight away, so run your first check with a cheap real order.
Common problems#
- “Connection failed” 401 — the token was copied partially or revoked — issue a new one.
- Shop in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or Georgia — take the token from that country’s account (delivery.yandex.com/kz-ru, /uz-ru, /ge-ka) — a Russian account token does not work there.
