Cenaly Support Early access Internal

Customer support and field visits — in one app

Cenaly Support has everything in Cenaly CRM plus a support agent’s tools: entering a customer’s dashboard with their consent and field work without a connection.

One line-up on Android and iOS: the same account, the same locations and data. The goal is the same features on both platforms; where the iOS version differs, it is said below.

This is an internal app: it only works with a Cenaly staff or partner account. A business owner does not need it.

What it does

Support session

Entering the customer’s dashboard only with their consent, an active-session banner and session history.

Deals and reports

Deals as a kanban and a table, lost reasons, funnel, forecast and breakdowns by owner.

In the field

Call, WhatsApp or Telegram in one tap, visit photos on the client card.

Offline

Clients are read from a cache, changes are queued and sent when the connection returns.

Limits, honestly

  • On iPhone and iPad Cenaly Support will ship as part of the team app built on Cenaly CRM.
  • Android versions are distributed as an installation file right from this site — they are not on Google Play yet; iPhone and iPad versions are released through the App Store. Features were tested on emulators and test devices; acceptance in working venues is still in progress.

How to install

  1. Open this page on the Android device itself and tap “Download APK”.
  2. Open the downloaded file. On the first install Android asks to allow installs from this source (your browser) — allow it.
  3. Tap “Install” and wait until it finishes — the icon appears on the home screen.
  4. Launch the app and sign in: email and password, or a QR code issued by the web dashboard.

Updating works the same way: download the file again and install it over the old one; your sign-in is kept.

Sign-in

The same account as the web dashboard: email and password, a QR code for a shared device, and an authenticator code if two-factor protection is on. Staff only see the locations of their role.
