What's new
This is where we write down what has appeared in the platform and when it became available. It is not a list of fixed bugs and not a roadmap — only what already works in your panel.
How to read this page#
- One line is one capability. If there is no line, the change was technical and you will not notice it.
- The bold text at the start of a line is the section of the panel the item belongs to: “POS and floor”, “Telephony and calls”, “Staff and HR” and so on.
- The link at the end of a line leads to the help article that covers the same thing step by step. No link means there is no article on that topic yet — and that is visible too.
- Newest first. Months run from new to old, and so do releases inside a month.
- Capabilities do not arrive for everyone at once: some depend on your business type, the country of the location and the extensions you have switched on. If an item is listed but you cannot find it, check the App store and your Subscription.
Where the dates come from#
The release date is the day the change went to production and became available in the panel — not the day a developer wrote it. Those two days usually differ: a round of testing on the test stand happens in between.
Some older releases carry a “date from code” note next to the date. It means exactly what it says: no deployment record survived for that release (until the end of August 2026 the front-ends were shipped a different way, without run logs), so the date of the code change is used instead. The real deployment may have happened a day or two later. We would rather show the note than claim a precise date we cannot prove.
How to follow updates#
There is no dedicated “what's new in the platform” newsletter — we do not want to promise a channel that does not exist. For now:
- Watch this page. It is updated together with releases; bookmark it.
- The blog publishes detailed write-ups of the larger capabilities and company
news. The blog has an RSS feed at
/blog/rss.xml. - The AI assistant in the panel knows what the system can do right now: ask “can I…” and it answers from the current version rather than from this page.
- Support can tell you whether a specific change has reached your account if an item from this page has not shown up for you.
September 2026#
10 September 2026 — HR records, fixed assets and ring groups#
- Staff and HR. HR records for a small team: an employee has a manager, requests go for approval, people edit their own card, and HR events are dated — on termination access is revoked reliably. Read more: Staff & shifts.
- Staff and HR. Leave is calculated by the rules of the country (Georgia, Russia, Turkey, Albania, Kazakhstan): the balance, a ledger of movements and the entitlement ladder by length of service — with no spreadsheet. Read more: Staff & shifts.
- Staff and HR. An employee confirms their own timesheet, orders certificates themselves and signs documents with a code from an e-mail — no walking to the manager. Read more: Staff & shifts, Documents.
- Staff and HR. No-shows, sick leave and unpaid leave are now first-class entities: they are deducted in payroll and included in the accounting export. Read more: Staff & shifts, 1C:Accounting.
- Finance and documents. A new “Assets” section: a register of fixed assets and equipment with accounting and tax depreciation, repairs and upgrades, a statement and QR labels. Read more: Finance, Hardware: what connects.
- Telephony and calls. Ring groups became extensions: a group has its own number, a second-by-second ring plan, personal hours for members, hold music and “music instead of ringback”. Read more: Telephony: your own PBX.
- Telephony and calls. Line quality can be checked from the phone itself — the service number
*43; the result lands in the call log, and the PBX log shows the routing trace of a call. Read more: Telephony: your own PBX, SIP Phone Setup. - Chat and messengers. @-mentions in the composer, announcements with read confirmation, a pinned-message bar and quiet hours driven by the shift schedule. Read more: Chat with Guests.
4 September 2026 — The partner cabinet, “Open now” widgets and ready-made call analyses#
- Partner programme. The partner programme now has a cabinet: a partner signs up on their own, manages their clients, invoices them and sees the settlement with the platform. Read more: Partner program.
- Partner programme. A partner network: a partner can have sub-partners, the mark-up is calculated from the difference in rates, and sub-partners get invoiced. Read more: Partner program.
- “My website” widgets. The “Open now” status on an external site follows the location's schedule; links and QR codes for an action — order, booking, call — arrived, along with an 18+ age gate. Read more: My Website, Multibutton.
- “My website” widgets. The site can show a popup with the nearest free booking slots and a progress bar saying how much is left until free delivery. Read more: Appointments, My Website.
- “My website” widgets. A quiz on your site can score the answers, branch to different outcomes and act as a calculator — the visitor gets an answer, not just “thank you”. Read more: My Website, Attention.
- Telephony and calls. “Ready-made analyses” — a small set of industry conversation reviews that work without any setup; next to it there is now a control for analysis quality. Read more: Telephony: your own PBX.
- Telephony and calls. The call recordings list scrolls infinitely, a column filter is entered right in that column's header menu, and the list holds video as well as audio. Read more: Telephony: your own PBX.
- Website and storefront. Every legal document on the site now has a help note: whether it is mandatory in your country, what it contains and what you risk without it. Read more: Website legal documents.
August 2026#
31 August 2026 — A knowledge base built from websites, and an assistant that knows your till#

- AI assistants. The open knowledge-base document is now in the page URL — you can send a colleague a link to the exact article. Read more: Knowledge Base.
- AI assistants. The assistant answers with action links: a click opens the right section, tab or the exact setting instead of leaving you to find it. Read more: Help Center.

- Marketing and newsletters. Promo codes with validity dates: the table shows active, expired and upcoming codes separately, with no manual date checking. Read more: Commerce, Loyalty Program and Coupons.
- Menu and catalogue. AI autofill for a product card now works in the Russian environment too, on the models and search available from Russia. Read more: Product Features, AI Catalog Import.
